Day 1

Saturday, July 30th
8:00am to 1:00pm

  • Arrive 7:00-7:15am sign in
  • Dress 7:30am to 8:00am
  • On ice 8:00am to 10:40am
  • Break in the middle for ice resurface and snacks
  • 11:00am – 12:00pm pizza lunch provided (Saturday only)
  • 12:00pm – 1:00pm Seminar on Next Steps in Hockey - How to Play in College and Jr's (parents welcome to attend)
Day 2

Sunday, July 31st
8:00am to 1:00pm

  • Dress 7:30am to 8:00am
  • On Ice 8:00am to 10:40am
  • Break in the middle for ice resurface and snacks
  • 11:30am – 1:00pm Meet the Coaches (parents & siblings welcome)

About The Coaches

Celeste Brown

RIT Div 1 Women's Coach

Celeste Brown was a member of RIT’s 2012 NCAA Division III National Championship team before starring the next three seasons during the Tigers’ move to Division I. She went on to sign a professional contract before kicking off a coaching career, which included the last three years as an assistant coach at Penn State University. Brown played for the NY Riveters during the inaugural season of the National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL) while also kicking off her coaching career as an assistant at DIV III Manhattanville. She played for the NWHL’s Connecticut Whale while also serving as an assistant coach at Division III Connecticut College before being hired at RIT’s Head Coach.

Matt Bertani

NHL Coach

Matt Bertani attended Mercyhurst University on a tennis scholarship and playing collegiate hockey. After graduating, Bertani served as an assistant coach for the Johnstown Chiefs. Bertani spent three years as the director of player development for Penn State and then joined the New York Islanders organization as an assistant coach for their AHL affiliate, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. He moved up to serve as a video coach for the New York Islanders with the 2012–13 NHL season.

Eddie Foster

NAHL Scout & High School Coach

Eddie Foster attended North Field Mount Hermon Prep School playing Golf, Football and Ice Hockey. Later played NCAA Football at Allegheny and transferred to RIT to play College Hockey. After college he had 5 tryouts in the NFL and played professional hockey in the CIHL as well as winning a National Championship 6 Pack Roller League. Currently he is a Head Coach for Desert Vista High School and is a Scout for the Chippewa Steel in the NAHL.

Josh Graser

RIT Assistant Coach

Josh Graser is Assistant Coach at RIT. He has previously served as a coach at Division III Utica, Colgate, and the University of Vermont. He graduated with a degree in sports management from Cortland in 2015 and was a video coach with the US Women's National Under-18 team at the 2020 women's World Championship in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Marie Foster

Youth Coach

Marie Signor Foster is a true trail blazer as one of the first women to play hockey with the boys growing up in Upstate New York. She was a member of the USA Jr Olympic team, asked to play in the first ever women’s USA Olympic Ice Hockey team 1996 and played Division 1 Women’s Ice Hockey at RIT, Rochester Institute of Technology on a Scholarship. She currently coaches youth hockey in Phoenix AZ, is the owner of 4 different successful companies, and sits on the board of 2 other companies.
